Painted by my daughter and I, Jip the Jip the Genius is based off a sketch my daughter brought home of a silly scientist she drew and named after a beloved strange snowman pet from Minecraft. I became enamored with the drawing the day she showed it to me in the car after school and love the idea that intelligence and silliness are not mutually exclusive and can complement each other.
